Do you own things?
Or do they own you?
There is a fine line in between them.
For me, I am a bit of both.
I own my car and the vast majority of my objects.
But items that I have a strong sentimental value
Own me, like my guitars.
Try to do an inventory of your belongings
And see the result
It is quite fun and the outcome can be surprising.
No one needs to know the result but you.
Peace and serenity

Deep and reflective. It is difficult not to let things own you.

Yes, but we must keep trying to let go of things that own us and also of beloved people we have lost. Using our creativity as you do helps a lot. My father’s death brought me to do this: https://momentsbloc.wordpress.com/2018/07/01/circle-of-light-in-the-darkness/
